Because product is made to order using a print-on-demand production process, we have designed our return policy to ensure fairness, clarity, and a positive experience for every customer.
Customer Satisfaction Commitment
If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.
We proudly offer support for customers who receive defective or incorrect items. If there is a problem with your order, we will work quickly to evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
We view every issue as an opportunity to improve both product quality and customer experience.
Return Eligibility Window
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
This 30-day window ensures customers have sufficient time to receive their order based on stated shipping timelines and evaluate product quality.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Print-on-Demand Product Policy
Because each GothVik product is custom-made specifically for the customer at the time of purchase, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
However, we fully support replacements or refunds in cases where the item:
• Arrives damaged
• Contains a manufacturing defect
• Has printing errors
• Is materially different from what was ordered
• Was incorrect due to fulfillment error
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• A clear photo of the product showing the defect
• A brief description of the issue
• Order number
• Contact email used during purchase
Photos help us identify the cause of the defect and improve future product quality.
Defect claims without photo evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Resolution Options
After reviewing the issue, GothVik may offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement
If the item has a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will submit a replacement request through our fulfillment partner at no cost to the customer.
Store Credit
Customers may receive store credit to use on any future GothVik purchase.
Refund
Refunds may be issued at our discretion when replacement is not possible or appropriate.
Customers are typically not required to return defective items. In many cases, customers may keep or donate the product once a resolution has been approved.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Processing Timeline
• Claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days
• Approved replacements are typically processed within 3–7 business days
• Depending on your payment method, refunds or store credits are typically issued within 3–5 business days after approval
Actual delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on production and shipping timelines.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, the following situations are generally not eligible for return:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences
• Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
